Elf Racing Fuels
Fuels For Cars
Elf Racing Fuels are scientifically blended for competitors who prepare their vehicles to the highest professional standards.
Competitors running in state or national series events need to understand that the Pump Fuel available throughout the different states can be significantly different in quality and consistency.
To be certain that Elf racing fuels are allowed in your category, check the Supplementary Regulations. You can use Elf Racing Fuels if your category allows “Unleaded Racing Fuels” or “Fuels as per Schedule G” in the CAMS manual.

Fuels For Bikes
Elf fuel will increase a bike’s torque and horsepower. An added advantage is the engine protection against knock/pinging and detonation. A high oxygen content is a design function of Elf racing fuels. The results are increased combustion speed and efficiency, resulting in more power and torque.
Unlike Australian “Pump” fuels, Elf fuel does not contain traces of benzine or sulphur. Elf fuels are therefore cleaner and fast burning.
• Elf BFK-07 – 98 RON, 93 MON – Unleaded fuel produced by an oil company for sale in the general transport market.

Fuels for Karts
In competition, reliability is as necessary as high technology. The quality of Elf products is a key factor in the success of the World’s top Karters. Ongoing research, state-of-the-art technology, and completely reliable products are the main ingredients for the Elf fuels and lubricants used in kart racing all over the world.
If you are unhappy with the quality and consistency of pump fuel, Elf BFK-07 is the answer, with no benzene, no sulphur and a higher MON rating. Elf BFK-07 is a much cleaner and faster burning fuel than what is available from the pump. If your driver’s health is important to you, note that Elf BFK-07 is a “green” low emission fuel.
BFK-07 vs Pump Fuel
Elf BFK-07 is more expensive than Pump Fuel – this is due to the fact that Elf BFK-07 is an imported product which is especially produced for racing.
On average, a kart will require 20 litres of fuel per race weekend. On top of the cost of tyres, accommodation, meals and other expenses, can you question spending an extra $80 on quality racing fuel that won’t destroy your engine?
• Elf BFK-07 – AKA Approved 98 octane (ron), 93 octane (mon) imported racing fuel – Unleaded
• Elf Euro 102 – Kart fuel produced to CIK specifications, to replace Elf CIK 102 – Unleaded
